Vodaphone: Online v Store
Went to one of Vodaphone's stores today to upgrade from Samsung S2 to S6. They wanted £35 pm with 1gbite / unlimited txts and 1000 free minutes. They also wanted £9 for some frigging reason. Anyway, half way through their computer got as glitch and couldn't complete. this sour faced girl, completely disinterested, suggested I purchased it online. Really helpful. Got home, rang Vodaphone direct, spoke to friendly chap in Belfast who sorted me out the same deal for £26pm....then threw in 2gbites more. Phone will be with me within 2 days. Not sure if this is just a freak experience but my advice is to forget shopping in stores and get your deals ringing company direct.
